I want to take this opportunity to thank Phil and Kevin Cooper at American Practice Consultants for helping me sell my dental practice. I had a fairly large practice with 35 employees and I initially tried to sell the practice on my own. I found some interested parties but after alot of effort and back and forth it did not work out. It had been time consuming and stressful. I decided to go with American Practice Consultants and they immediately came up with 2 good prospects at the right price and I had to select who to go with. Everything was lining up well for the sale and Covid hit and the buyers decided they wanted to wait. I wanted to proceed as soon as possible and 2 weeks later Phil and Kevin had found another group interested in the practice. We closed a few months later and the transition has been great. I am pretty sure I would not have been as fortunate without American Practice Consultants handling everything.
