Earl M. Douglas, DDS, MBA, BVAL, began his transition career in 1982 after selling his own dental practice. His in-depth experience in both dentistry and business provides you with experience you can trust. Furthermore, he has the understanding of the area, dental networks and brokerages.

After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dental School, University of Maryland in 1971, Dr. Douglas went on to practice dentistry in the U.S. Army Dental Corps. While working for the U.S. Army he practiced in Fort Benning, Georgia (1971-1974) and in Stuttgart, West Germany (1974-1977). Dr. Douglas later went on to work in his own private practice in Atlanta, Georgia (1978-1982). In 1982 Dr. Douglas sold his private dental practice and started his career in practice transition consulting. He has been doing it ever since. Besides his experience in clinical dentistry, Dr. Douglas has extensive training and experience in business. He received his Masters in Business Administration degree from Brenau College in 1984, which is the same year he founded Professional Practice Consultants, Ltd, later becoming ADS South, LLC. Additionally, Dr. Douglas founded ADS Transitions in 1996 and served as the organization's founding president.
