Part-time (2 days/week) Associate Dentist needed for a State of the Art Dental Practice!!!!NEW GRADS WELCOME!!NO WeekendsWe are looking for a highly motivated Associate Dentist who enjoys working in a fast-paced office that does state of the art complex dentistry. This is a Great opportunity for someone willing to learn and grow with our Expanding Practice. Must have exceptional clinical care and awesome at making patients feel comfortable.WE WANT SOMEONE WHO IS EXCITED ABOUT DENTISTRY AND LOVE WHAT THEY DO!An Associate Dentist plays a major role in the success of the Practice and our ideal candidate will have the following experience:- Graduated from an accredited school plus licensed to practice in the State of California DDS.- Willingness to be mentored by the Lead Dentist.- MUST have a passion for dentistry and be up-to-date with the latest technology in dentistry.- Trustworthy and takes great pride in a job well done.- Fast learner, faster thinker and exceptional in time management.- A friendly, comforting and pleasant attitude along with good conversational skills.- Must be a team player, and able to lead and work consistently with the clinical TEAM to provide quality patient care services.- Exceptional Patient Care to ensure that patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their visits, all the while having a genuine interest in the wellness of patients.- Provide most dental services such as preventative, restorative, etc.- Ability to accurately diagnose and treat patients; work with the Dentist to develop treatment plans.- Current CPR certificate required.- Compliance with OSHA.- Flexibility with schedule in case we have to stagger days, Monday – Friday.We offer a TOP Salary for the ideal candidate.
