Grossing $800k, four ops, Softdent software, and chartless.  Long-term, stable staff. building available.  Nice practice located 15 minutes from downtown St. Louis, on the Illinois side.  This practice was established in 1985. It is located in a quaint, freestanding building with a paved parking lot. There are four fully equipped operatories, all having computer stations, intraoral cameras, and central nitrous oxide. There is a doctor's office in addition to the usual reception room, front office, Lab, etc. I enjoy placing simple implants, so the practice features a Pano/cone beam machine, which is particularly helpful in other areas of dentistry. Each of the three full-time staff members (hygienist, receptionist, assistant) has been here for at least 25 years and gets along very well. I also use an additional part-time hygienist who is more recent. I refer out all ortho, perio surgery, impactions, and molar endo. I also don’t present any cosmetic cases, so there is a lot of growth potential there. Additionally, we exited almost all PPOs over the last few years, as I wanted to practice at a more relaxed pace. The practice is located in a safe, stable, blue-collar town, very close to city events and conveniences, and with upscale residential areas very nearby. I feel the practice has a lot of growth capacity for someone with the ambition to use it to its potential.
