Christine Elliott brings more than 20 years of financial industry experience, including eight years focused exclusively on dental practice transitions. A Florida State University graduate and licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and Alabama, Christine combines financial expertise with specialized knowledge of practice transitions to provide thoughtful, personalized guidance to dental professionals.
Christine is continuing the legacy of ADS South, a firm founded by her late stepfather, Earl M. Douglas, DDS, MBA, BVAL. Throughout his career, Earl helped countless dental professionals successfully navigate dental practice sales, acquisitions, and more. His combination of clinical experience, business education, knowledge of dental networks and brokerages allowed him to provide a level of insight and guidance that was deeply valued by his clients.
Earl earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dental School, University of Maryland, in 1971. He went on to serve in the U.S. Army Dental Corps, practicing at Fort Benning, Georgia, from 1971 to 1974 and in Stuttgart, West Germany, from 1974 to 1977. After his military service, Earl practiced in his own private dental practice in Atlanta, Georgia, from 1978 to 1982.
In 1982, after selling his own practice, Earl began his career in practice transition consulting. In 1984, he earned his Master of Business Administration from Brenau College and founded Professional Practice Consultants, Ltd., which later became ADS South, LLC. In 1996, Earl also founded ADS Transitions and served as its founding president.
