WPS did a superb job. We don’t think this transition would have happened w/out Tim; it’s that simple. There were definitely some rough patches, but thankfully, Tim managed to keep everything on track. All of you did a great job, keeping everyone completely informed & updated all through the transition & made the whole procedure easy as possible for all of us. Thank you so much for all your help!
