A WILMINGTON ASSOCIATE NEEDED IMMEDIATELY #9075 Associate We have a large practice in the historic beach community of Wilmington, NC and would like you to consider coming to spend a year or more with us. We will offer a guarantee of $130,000.00 or 33% of monthly production, whichever is higher, assuming you work the full schedule of Mon-Thurs 8-5 and Fri 8-2. That includes all holidays and 2 additional weeks off. We still pay your malpractice and lab bills as well as the $2000.00 continuing education stipend. Our first year grads have averaged from $170,000.00-$200,000.00 with alternating Fridays off to date, so experienced practitioners and residency grads should assume $200,000.00 on up.
