This established practice is seeking the ideal candidate to begin the process of transition.

Ideally, the interested general dentist would have a conservative treatment planning approach,  is excellent with communication skills - especially with seniors. He or she would have patience, be willing to work a flexible schedule, and is a self starter.

The dentist would have the ability to present multiple treatment options in understandable, unbiased terms, and would work hard on building trust & confidence in patients while establishing a respectable, honest  reputation. He or she would be accepting & sharing of different techniques, and would be respectful of a highly experienced dental team.
