This well-respected general practice was established over 30 years ago.  Situated in a modern, 3400 sq. ft. brick building, the practice grosses $800,000 on a four-day work week with generous vacation and holiday time (approx. 172 patient days per year).  The office features digital x-rays, a digital oral scanner, and a Cerec mill.  Dual-monitor computers in each of the six operatories allow doctor and patients to view digital x-rays, intraoral camera images, and office forms.  Additional computers in the laboratory, private offices, and front office allow for an efficient and convenient work flow.

The practice provides preventive, restorative, crown and bridge, implant restorations, and removable prosthodontics.  A new owner has an opportunity for increased production as we refer out all endodontics and implant placements as well as most extractions.

The office features high end detail with an attractive reception and private consultation areas, doctor’s office with restroom, large staff lounge, private staff restroom, and an additional office space.  The office was designed to allow for a 7th operatory.   Whole-office ultraviolet air purification and HEPA filtration systems as well as new flooring throughout were installed in 2020.   The finished basement features a large central area (approx. 800 sq. ft.) that can be used for a multitude of purposes including large team meetings or continuing education seminars.  The basement also has a bathroom with shower, laundry room, large storage room, and mechanical room.  Ample on-site parking and a great location make the office convenient and easily accessible.
