Lisa Radman White
As the current president for Radman, White & Associates, Lisa Radman White focuses on treating her clients like she would like to be treated. Lisa graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1991, earning a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. After college, Lisa went on to work for the second biggest privately held corporation in America, where she earned valuable experience in sales, marketing, business workflow, and management. In fact, Lisa helped that company to exceed nearly $20 million dollars a year in revenue. After working for seven years in marketing, Lisa decided to work for Radman & White.
As an authority on endodontic practice transitions, Lisa has lectured at numerous endodontic residencies on the transition process. Lisa has assisted hundreds of practicing endodontists to sell, purchase, and value their practices, as well as helping numerous residents to find the perfect new opportunities. When she isn’t brokering great deals for her clients, Lisa enjoys spending time with family, skiing, and raising awareness for The American Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
Keith D. White, CPA
As a self-professed perfectionist, Keith D. White graduated at the top of his class from the University of Oklahoma in 1991. After passing the uniform CPA exam on his first sitting and scoring within the top 3%, Keith began working at one of the “Big 4” accounting firms. After spending several years adding value to their operations, Keith decided to branch into the private industry to lead the finance departments of several large, publicly traded organizations. As a key player in several mergers and acquisitions, Keith assisted with financing, tax planning, and the overall transition process.
Keith joined Radman, White & Associates in 2003, and has since developed an appraisal methodology and a software program modeled exclusively for endodontic practice transitions. With his extensive accounting background, Keith focuses on streamlining deals and foreseeing potential pitfalls and opportunities for his clients.
W. Paul Radman, DDS
Dr. Paul Radman, DDS, practiced endodontics in Dallas for 39 years. During this time, Dr. Radman also served on the faculty of three schools, lecturing extensively on clinical endodontics and different business issues tied to practicing. Before he retired from his private practice in 1998, Dr. Radman established a consulting firm, W. Paul Radman and Associates, Inc., which later became Radman, White & Associates.
