She has authored and presented webinars such as Dentist's Guide to Selling Their Practice, been a guest speaker at University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, TBTI Study Club, and local component societies.
Along with practice transitions, Sarah has extensive knowledge and experience serving as the Loan Coordinator for the firm. Sarah assists dentists to obtain financing for their professional needs; including first-time, multi-practice and merger acquisitions, refinancing and consolidation of debt, working capital funding, expansion, equipment and real estate acquisition. This position has provided her with many strong professional contacts within the banking industry. Sarah has earned the high regard of the banking world for her complete and organized loan proposals which allow her to offer clients several options for financing.
She is a member of Practice Valuation Study Group, a national study group devoted to the valuation of dental and medical practices. As a member of ADS she served as the organization’s Recording Secretary and has been on committees. She received an Associates Degree from Delta College. Sarah also writes articles for the Dental Business Success monthly newsletter under the Transition column. She has been a licensed real estate agent for over fifteen years. Sarah devotes attention to wide ranging CE classes from 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges to Death and Disability programs. She is a member of the professional regional Women in Leadership organization.
